ABOUT HELEN
I help you get the right contracts in place, get them signed faster, protect the revenue you've worked hard to win, and build a system that won't hold you back as you grow.
I've spent 18 years working as a commercial lawyer and legal operations professional, across Fortune 500 companies and fast-moving startups. I've negotiated contracts with government agencies, banks, regulated businesses and everything in between. I've advised Boards on legal strategy, supported sales teams in the field, and helped founders understand what they're actually signing.
What I noticed, across every type of business I worked with, is that the companies losing the most time and money to legal weren't doing anything wrong. They were focussed on bringing in deals and just didn't have the right systems or templates to close smoothly. Their templates were outdated or missing. Their sales teams didn't know what they could agree to. Their legal spend was going to outside counsel for work that should have been handled internally.
So I built a consultancy to fix exactly that. I work with founders and sales leaders at startups and scale-ups to design the contract infrastructure, templates, playbooks, and intake processes that let their teams move fast without needing a full-time legal hire or a constant flow of external legal invoices. After 18 years working with contracts, I know what’s repeatable and what needs insight, judgement or true legal expertise and where you can reliably lean on AI.
